Excellent Stay with Great Service
top cleaning excellent entertainment
The cleaning was great, thanks to Mostafa who ensured our room was super clean. The animation team, especially Simba and Adam, provided excellent entertainment and the food choices available were great. The resort maintained super clean gardens patios and beaches. The staff were attentive and super kind, including Eslem and all the pool staff.

The buffet included a big variety of food and the breakfasts chef prepared fresh eggs every morning with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pasta Chef Mohamed prepared. There was always a wide variety and excellent quality in every meal.

The hotel had beautiful pool areas and direct access to the beach. The resort features crystal clear water and beautiful coral reefs. Snorkeling experience was amazing. I found the spa recently renovated.

The service was above expectations and every request was handled quickly and professionally. The reception was warm and cute, with fast check-in and a smile. The HSK team did a great job with attention to our preferences every day.

rude reception ice shortage
Reception staff showed rudeness and did not provide assistance when i called about drinking water. the beach bar and pool bar never served drinks with ice. The staff reported an inability to provide ice. the hotel experience did not meet expectations considering the price.

mixed feelings about the stay
low pressure difficult air conditioning
i was a bit let down by a few things. the room was a bit tired. the shower had low pressure (it wasn't very relaxing). also, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust properly, so i was not very comfortable at night. these issues affected my overall stay.

Relaxing Stay with Healthy Reef Access
easy access big swimming pool
The hotel was immaculate throughout the stay. The reef access for snorkeling was very easy. I especially liked the option to use a 'do not disturb' sign for my umbrella. It really improved relaxation. The beach seemed large, and the swimming pool was equally big. I never felt overcrowded.
The hotel app and WhatsApp were ineffective when I made general inquiries. My requests for late checkout also went unanswered. There was drilling above my room, and no action was taken until I insisted on speaking to a manager.

The hotel provides direct access to a healthy reef just off the beach. Snorkeling is easily accessible from the jetty, awesome for immediate exploration. The location supports convenient water activities.

The restaurant manager, Mr Mohamed Sayed, provided amazing food options. There seemed a wide variety of food, including healthy choices. I want to thank the chefs for being nice.

My room was clean. Everything was present. The hotel provided the option to change rooms, upon request. The initial room had two single beds, a fact staff happily changed.
